Parsa joined Molden & Holley as an Associate in November 2011. An Iowa native, Parsa attended the University of Iowa, earning his B.A. in Political Science and J.D. with honors.
During law school, Parsa helped clients with disabilities secure assistive medical devices. While a law student, Parsa co-founded and served as co-president of the Middle Eastern Law Student Association. He also spent time in New Orleans rebuilding houses following Hurricane Katrina, earning the Boyd Service Award.
Before joining Molden & Holley, Parsa was a research associate with the late Professor David C. Baldus, a leading expert on capital punishment in the United States. Parsa assisted Professor Baldus with his ongoing research projects finding statistical evidence of racial discrimination in the death penalty’s administration. He also prepared Professor Baldus to serve as an expert witness in a California death penalty case.
Parsa is fluent in Farsi. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the State Bar of Georgia’s Young Lawyer’s Division. He is admitted to practice in the state of Georgia.
