Oni Holley is a Partner and co-founder of Molden Holley. Her areas of practice include commercial and residential real estate, general corporate counseling and complex commercial litigation. Prior to co-founding Molden Holley, she was a senior associate with the Securities Litigation Group at Alston & Bird, LLP, one of Atlanta’s largest law firms. Oni received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 1999. She earned her B.S., cum laude, in business administration from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University in 1995.
Oni has represented individuals, public companies, financial institutions, officers, and directors in a variety of transactions, legal disputes and regulatory matters, including proceedings before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Office of Thrift Supervision. She was named a Rising Star by Georgia Super Lawyers Magazine in 2005. Oni is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the State of Georgia and the U.S. Supreme Court.
A firm believer in civic engagement, Oni currently serves on the Executive Board of West End Merchants Coalition, Inc., a non-profit organization committed to urban revitalization and economic development in the West End. She frequently volunteers her time to organizations supporting urban agriculture and food security in inner city neighborhoods. From 2007-2009, Oni served as Chair of the Board of Directors of Creating Vibrant Communities, Inc. Oni also served as Vice-Chair for Neighborhood Planning Unit-T from 2007-2008. Oni previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of the historic Butler Street YMCA. An active participant in the legal community, she is a volunteer attorney for the Truancy Intervention Project at Fulton County Juvenile Court.
