Molden Holley successfully defended its client, Regency Health Associates, against claims by the EEOC that Regency had discriminated against an employee because of her religion. After a three-day trial, the jury took less than an hour to return a defense verdict.
“I thought we had a pretty strong case,” said EEOC Atlanta staff attorney Lakisha C. Duckett, “so I was a little surprised by the verdict.”
