Diona M. Potter focuses her practice on general business litigation and general transactional matters. Diona graduated valedictorian from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2008. During law school, Diona was a senior staff member of John Marshall’s law review and her comment Reasonableness Found: Supermajority Sentencing in Georgia’s Death Penalty Cases was published in the April 2008 edition. Diona graduated, cum laude, from Georgia State University in 2004, receiving her B.S. in Urban Policy Studies. While at Georgia State, Diona was on the Dean’s List and a Faculty Scholar.
