Regina Sledge Molden is Managing Partner and co-founder of Molden Holley, LLC. Regina focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and represents clients in state and federal courts in a variety of disputes. She combines the skills and knowledge of her business background with significant legal practice to develop creative and effective solutions for the Firm and its clients.
Prior to founding Molden Holley, Regina was an associate in the Securities Litigation Group at Alston & Bird, LLP. Regina has successfully defended a number of directors and officers against claims of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, corporate waste and misrepresentation. She represents Fortune 500 Companies as well as small businesses.
Regina is a frequent speaker and author on the topics of women empowerment and entrepreneurship. She has also been recognized by a number of publications as a leader in her field.
In August 2005, the Daily Report recognized Regina as one of Georgia's Top 10 lawyers under the age of 40 “Predicted to leave their mark on the profession.” She was profiled in Georgia Super Lawyers Magazine in September 2005, and recognized by that same magazine as a “Rising Star” in both 2005 and 2006. In October 2006, Regina appeared on the cover of Atlanta Woman Magazine, which named her one of “20 Legal Eagles Who Soar Above the Competition.” Small Firm Magazine has also profiled Regina regarding her work as a trial lawyer.
Regina earned her J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, where she received the Dean's Award for outstanding student leadership. She earned her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Stillman College, where she was a Presidential Scholar.
Regina is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Georgia.
