Oni Holley focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes and transaction-based litigation. Prior to co-founding Molden Holley, she was a senior associate in the Securities Litigation Group of Alston & Bird LLP. She has represented individuals, public companies, officers, directors and broker-dealers in securities disputes. Ms. Holley has also represented clients in a number of regulatory matters, including proceedings before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the National Association of Securities Dealers, and the Office of Thrift Supervision. During the Enron bankruptcy, she served on the Examiner’s litigation team where she investigated the culpability of Enron’s officers and directors.

Her publications include “Regulation FD: What the SEC’s Recent Enforcement Actions Teach About Avoiding Liability” (The Journal of Investment Compliance, Winter 2003), with Todd David; “Lead Plaintiff Is Figurehead No More” (The National Law Journal, January 15, 2001), with Susan E. Hurd.

She received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 1999 and her B.S., cum laude, in business in 1995 from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.

Ms. Holley is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, GABWA, and the American Bar Association. She is also a volunteer attorney with the Fulton County Juvenile Court’s Truancy Intervention Project. Ms. Holley is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Georgia.
