Nicholson C. Edwards focuses his practice on general business litigation and real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Molden Holley, Nicholson conducted real estate closings throughout South Georgia as a solo practitioner.
Nicholson received his J.D. in 2006 from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law. During law school, Mr. Edwards interned at the District Attorney’s Office in the Southern Judicial Circuit where he worked closely with law enforcement officers and defense attorneys.
Prior to law school, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Georgia Institute of Technology. While at Georgia Tech, Nicholson was on the Dean’s List, and a Recipient of the Hope Scholarship and the Governor’s Honors Scholarship.
Nicholson is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, American Bar Association, and Georgia Tech Bar Association. Nicholson is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Georgia.
