Meredith J. Carter focuses her practice on general civil litigation, including employment discrimination and personal injury. She received her JD in 2003 from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law. During law school, Meredith was a member of the Trial Board and Moot Court Board, and interned with a plaintiff personal injury firm.

Prior to joining Molden Holley, Meredith managed her own firm in Birmingham, Alabama focusing on the areas of criminal defense and personal injury. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, in 1999 from Auburn University.

Meredith is a member of the Georgia State Bar and the Alabama State Bar.

She is licensed in both Georgia and Alabama.
