    A native of Augusta, GA, Ashley graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia where she earned a B.A. in political science. She received her J.D. from the University of Richmond, where she was named runner-up in the Inter-School Negotiation Competition, served on the executive committee of the Client Counseling and Negotiation Board and was selected to represent her school in regional competitions for both moot court and negotiation.

    Before becoming a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Ashley completed legal and research internships at Atlanta Legal Aid, the Office of the Attorney General of Georgia and the William J. Clinton Foundation. She has since worked at the investor relations firm Joele Frank, Wilkinson Brimmer Katcher in New York City, where she provided strategic communications counsel and support to publicly-traded companies across a wide range of industries. She also spent considerable time in Georgia courtrooms as a criminal defense attorney with the firm Lister & Holt prior to joining Molden & Holley in 2011.

    At Molden & Holley, Ashley litigates labor and employment and complex commercial matters. Ashley is admitted to practice before all state level trial courts in Georgia as well as the Supreme Court of Georgia.
