Established in April 2005, Molden & Holley, LLC is a multi-service law firm located in the heart of downtown Atlanta. The Firm was founded by graduates of the nation’s top-ranked law schools whose legal experience was honed at some of the nation's leading law firms. The Firm is officially certified as a Minority Business Enterprise by the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council (GMSDC). We represent a cross-section of established and emerging businesses as well as individuals in commercial litigation, employment law and transactional matters. The lawyers who make up Molden & Holley have combined 30 years of legal experience, permitting the Firm to offer legal services on par with any major law firm, but at substantially reduced costs to the client.
